In your Shopping Cart, you can:

  • Change quantities of items by entering a new quantity and clicking Update Cart.
  • Select specific arrival dates for living or perishable materials by clicking on the calendar icons next to applicable items. This will assure that we deliver those sensitive materials exactly when you need them.
Once complete, click the Check Out button.

Carolina Online Accounts
A Carolina Online Account offers everyone the following benefits:

  • Address Book - keep your addresses in one place for easy checkout in the future
  • Order History - a quick way to review orders you've placed online
  • Order Tracking - track your orders from our warehouse to your school
In addition to the features above, qualified educators and businesses can have the following features added to their Carolina Online Accounts:
  • Tax Exemption
  • Online Purchase Order Payments
  • Contract Pricing
If you don't require the special features above, you can create your Carolina Online Account at any time by clicking My Account at the top of any page of our web site. Follow the New Customer Registration steps to create your account.

Completing your order at carolina.com has never been easier.

  1. Register/Sign-In - If you have a Carolina Online Account, enter your username (email address) and password. You may also shop as a "guest".
  2. Billing & Shipping Addresses - You will indicate your billing address and choose to ship the order to the billing address or a different address. You may also enter a Catalog Key Code at this step.
  3. Shipping Method - Select one of our convenient shipping methods. Please note that any living or perishable items in your order will automatically ship via 2nd Day Air to arrive on the date you selected in the Shopping Cart.
  4. Payment Information - If paying by credit card, enter the required information. If your Carolina Online Account has been enabled for Purchase Order payments, you may select that option and enter your PO number. You may also enter a Promotion Code at this step of Checkout.
  5. Review Order - Here you can review all the details of your order and place your order by clicking the Submit Order button.
Please note that if your Carolina Online Account is enabled for tax exemption or purchase order payments, you will not be able to edit the account's billing address via the web site (but you can add, edit and remove shipping addresses on the site). If you need to make changes to your account's billing address, simply call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7am to 8pm, ET, Mon-Fri) and the address changes will be updated in your Carolina Online Account automatically.
