A new level of account access
Carolina OrdersPLUS
™ is a new online account system that gives you access to the following features, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Order History—view details of your previous and pending orders
- Shipment Tracking—access up-to-the-minute tracking information for your current orders
- Invoice History—access electronic versions of your invoices
- Living Card History—keep track of your Living Materials Cards to see which have been redeemed (and where they were shipped) and which ones are available
Carolina OrdersPLUS is designed to save you time—its powerful search feature helps you locate orders, invoices, and living cards quickly and conveniently.
Where you'll find it
OrdersPLUS is accessible in the
My Account section of Carolina.com. Just
log in, click the
Launch Carolina OrdersPLUS button, and you're on your way.
Available to anyone
OrdersPLUS is available to anyone with a Carolina Online Account—meaning anyone with an email address and password for use on our website.
Even if you've never made an online purchase with us, you can use Carolina OrdersPLUS to access information from your phone orders, fax orders or email orders. Learn more below.
All you need is a Carolina Online Account
There are many ways that you can get access to Carolina OrdersPLUS—in fact, you may have access already!
You already have access to Carolina OrdersPLUS if:
- You placed orders at Carolina.com and were logged in to your Carolina Online Account when you started checkout.
- OR, Customer Service created a Carolina Online Account for you by phone, even if you haven't used it yet!
You do not have access to Carolina OrdersPLUS if:- You have never shopped at Carolina.com and do not have a Carolina Online Account.
- You shopped at Carolina.com as a "guest" and did not use an email address and password when you shopped.

If you do not have a Carolina Online Account or are not sure if you have one, all it takes is a 2-minute phone call. Please call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (8am to 8pm, ET, Mon-Fri), and our representative will ask you a few questions and will set up your Carolina OrdersPLUS access.
Institutional access rights
Carolina OrdersPLUS also allows purchasing managers, accounting managers, and materials centers to find orders for numerous purchasers. Special rights are required to enable this high-level access, so please call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (8am to 8pm, ET, Mon-Fri). Setup only takes about 2 minutes.
