- Standard delivery—Orders arrive in 5-10 business days.
- 2nd Day delivery—Orders placed by 12 Noon (ET) arrive within 2 business days.
- Overnight delivery—Orders placed by 12 Noon (ET) arrive within 1 business day.

In the calendar, click any bold date to change your selection. The date's color indicates the shipping method we will use to ensure delivery on your date—blue for Overnight and green for 2nd Day Air.
- For next day delivery (available on weekdays), you must place your order by 11:59 am ET today.
- Avoid Monday deliveries if possible. Many organisms can't survive weekend storage at a carrier's facility.

Deliveries occur throughout the day—we recommend selecting an arrival date at least one day before you need to use the materials. Please arrange to have someone available to care for living and perishable items when they arrive.
**Hawaii Restriction Notice: Shipment of living materials (viruses, algae, bacteria, plants, protozoa, insects, and other animals) into Hawaii is restricted. Please contact the Hawaii Department of Agriculture (808.832.0566) before ordering this material, and if necessary, provide us with import permits and other pertinent information.
The shipment of many hazardous items is regulated by the US Department of Transportation. Items subject to regulation are identified by a hazardous material icon (
). Hazardous materials shipments incur additional shipping fees charged by the carrier. Fees start at $25.
Place your order online and we will waive your Hazardous Materials Fee! Simply make sure your order totals at least $100, and specify standard (ground) delivery. This offer is for a limited time only and excludes all Carolina™ Curriculum materials; and cannot be combined with any other offer or contract pricing. If you require Second day or Next-day (air) delivery, an additional charge of $40 will be added after you place your online order.
Orders for hazardous materials (and kits and sets containing these items) can only be accepted from schools, research institutions, medical facilities, and businesses. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped to individuals, homeschoolers, and other customers.
Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These drop-shipped items are identified online by an attention icon (

Your order may be divided into multiple shipments that arrive at different times. For example, living materials (and the kits and sets that contain them) arrive at the time you specified when you ordered, but other items in your order may ship and arrive at different times. If your order contained any backordered items, they will not arrive with the bulk of your order, but will ship as soon as they are available.
Furniture items marked with an attention icon (
) may also offer Fastrak shipping. Fastrak items ship in 5 days or less for limited quantities (30 or fewer tables and 6 or fewer cabinets). Offer does not apply to items requiring modifications or
customized features. Orders containing Fastrak and other oak furniture will ship at standard delivery times to avoid excessive shipping charges.
