If your school or organization is on a state or local pricing contract with Carolina, you can take advantage of many of those pricing benefits right here at Carolina.com*, ** by following the simple steps below.
If your organization does not currently have contract pricing, please call 800.334.5551 (7am to 8pm, ET, Monday-Friday) to learn more.
- Start by calling Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7am to 8pm, ET, Monday-Friday). A representative will ask for a few pieces of information and will enable your Carolina Online Account for your organization's contract pricing.
- If this is your first time shopping online, you will recieve your password via email. Once received, click on My Account at the top of any page of our Web site, and log in using your email address and new password.
- Once logged in, your contract pricing will appear as a discount as you add qualified items to your Shopping Cart*, **.
Please note that once your Carolina Online Account is enabled for purchase order payments, you will not be able to edit your institution's billing address using our website. You will, however, be able to add/edit shipping addresses as you wish. If you need to make changes to billing information, simply call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7am to 8pm, ET, Mon-Fri).
* Contracts that offer different discount percentages on different items will offer the
lowest applicable discount to all items in your online order. After placing your order, please call Customer Service and we will adjust any other items that should be discounted at higher percentages.
** Contract shipping discounts are not available on online orders at this time.
