Carolina accepts your Purchase Orders!

Carolina understands the unique shopping needs of educators and businesses alike. That's why we offer the ability to use a Purchase Order as your online payment method - and it's fast and easy to set up.
  1. Call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7am to 8pm, ET, Monday-Friday) and our representative will request a few pieces of information to update (or create) your Carolina Online Account.
  2. If this is a brand new Carolina Online Account, you will receive your password via email. Once received, click on My Account at the top of the Web site and log in using your email address and password.
  3. On the Payment Information step during Checkout, select Purchase Order as your payment option.
  4. Enter your purchase order number and click Continue to review and complete your order.
Please note that once your Carolina Online Account is enabled for purchase order payments, you will not be able to edit your institution's billing address using our website. You will, however, be able to add/edit shipping addresses as you wish. If you need to make changes to billing information, simply call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7am to 8pm, ET, Mon-Fri).
