Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great kit to demo gel electrophoresis I used this kit as a lab experiment for chemical engineers to demonstrate gel electrophoresis. It was a great beginners kit for the students, with good visuals and results. They all liked this experiment and got a good feel for what a DNA gel would be like without me having to worry about the hazardous materials and specialized equipment involved in actual DNA GE. It was easy to set up and run by the students with minimal supervision, and was done in a short time period. An important point for a lab class of 60 students!
