Plus you receive all the materials and instructions necessary for achieving viable gametesand for following development from early cleavage through pluteus. Urchins are ripe at the time of arrival; we recommend that they be used the day of arrival or immediately the next day to avoid reabsorption of the gametes. Not sexed, but male-to-female ratio is usually about 1:1.
