All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for a replacement, a refund, or credit. It's that simple.
If you need to return an item, please notify Customer Service within 30 days. Note: Returns for living materials will only be accepted with product manager's approval. Please follow the steps below to notify Customer Service of a return:
- Have your purchase order number and Carolina order number available.
- Call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7 am to 8 pm, ET, Monday–Friday).
- Speak with one of our Customer Service representatives to obtain a return authorization (required) and instructions for returning the item.
- We will credit your account or your credit card once the item has been returned and processed into our system.
