All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for a replacement, a refund, or credit. It's that simple.

If you need to return an item, please first notify Customer Service within 30 days. Note: Returns for living materials will only be accepted with product manager's approval. Follow the steps below to notify Customer Service of a return:

  1. Have your purchase order number and Carolina order number available.
  2. Call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7 am to 8 pm, ET, Monday–Friday).
  3. Speak with one of our Customer Service representatives to obtain a Return Authorization Number (required) and get any additional instructions for returning the item.
  4. We will credit your account or your credit card once the item has been returned and processed into our system.

For returns of drop-shipped items (such as furniture or equipment), a 25% restocking fee will apply if the product is returned for any reason other than shipping damage or manufacturing defect. Follow the steps below to return a drop-shipped product:

  1. Call Customer Service at 800.334.5551 (7 am to 8 pm, ET, Monday–Friday).
  2. Speak with one of our Customer Service representatives to obtain a Return Authorization Number (required).
  3. You are responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer, in resaleable condition and in the original packaging. It also will be your responsibility to pay the fee to ship the product back to the manufacturer.
  4. We will credit your account or your credit card once the item has been returned and processed.
