Spores from an F1 sporophyte produce gametophytes in a 1:1 ratio of polka dot mutants to wild type. The recessive mutation results in a 3:1 ratio of the F2 sporophyte generation.

inoculates 35 Petri dishes with 300+ spores per dish.

inoculates 140 Petri dishes with 300+ spores per dish; it comes with directions for spore-surface sterilization.
