This comprehensive kit lets students study the nature of magnetism and its relationship to electricity. Students investigate magnetism, magnetic fields, and magnetic lines of force. They also learn about magnetic domains and how temporary and permanent magnets differ.

Students build a circuit, observe that current creates its own magnetic field, and use their circuit to make an electromagnet. All kit components can be reused multiple times.
