Grades 9–12. Explore the causes and effects of water pollution with this inquiry-based laboratory activity. Students test the water in their area for different contaminants, then research local, national, and international water pollution. The activity concludes with students designing and conducting their own experiment to determine the effects of water pollution on living organisms.
