Grade K. Students begin to learn about 2-dimensional shapes and 3-dimensional structures through a variety of activities, including drawing geometric figures and using Venn rings to sort geometric shape collections. They explore symmetry, direction, and distance with a variety of manipulatives and develop a basic vocabulary of geometry terms.
