For a class of 30 students. Students assemble normal and abnormal karyotypes using Biophoto® Sheets printed from photomicrographs of banded chromosomes (except Fragile X). Included teacher’s manual provides information on the mechanisms by which abnormalities occur and how they are inherited.
Kit also includes 30 student guides (with sample karyotype), 90 human karyotype forms, 30 Biophoto® Sheets of normal banded male chromosome spreads, and 10 Biophoto® Sheets of the following abnormal spreads:
