Basic Seed Germination Kit
For a class of 20 to 40 students. Students are introduced to a method of soilless plant growth. This method allows observation of structural differences between monocots and dicots in the classroom. Students also learn about the germination process and sterile technique. Instructor must provide household bleach, distilled or deionized water, 500-mL graduated cylinder, liquid detergent, 70% ethanol, 1-L beaker, and rubber bands. With instructions.
