Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just needed a few more supplies listed For part A of the lab, to find the stomatal density, you must have clear nail polish and (completely) transparent tape. Neither is listed as needed and they aren't in the kit. Also, to do the potometer set up as suggested in the new AP lab, a gas probe is optional. Probably it should be listed as optional on the kit description.
