An incubator is not needed; a pipet aid and desk lamp are needed but not included. Kit can be ordered with or without the 10" UV lightbulb.

Note: Keep bacteria at room temperature; do not incubate or refrigerate.
CAUTION: UV light can cause damage to the eyes if looked at directly.
