Easily make a container by cutting down a foam cup to 1 to 2" tall or use half of a glass petri dish (we recommend item #741156). To elevate the disk within the container, use a small item that is not ferromagnetic—because it will attract the magnet to it—or an item that will not be damaged by liquid nitrogen.
