This self-contained indoor farm has everything needed to grow salad greens, herbs, and other compact fruits and vegetables year-round. Its recirculating irrigation system cycles nutrient solution to the growth trays without the need for pesticides or herbicides. Each unit comes with a starter nursery tray of pre-cut foam substrate that is gentler on little hands than rock wool. The 3 removable, easy-to-clean hydroponic growth trays can each hold up to 18 plants. Full-spectrum LED lighting stimulates plant growth, and the on-board control system allows you to carefully control the nutrient cycle and maintain 2 separate grow cycles. (The lighting for the top and 2 bottom shelves can be regulated separately.) Includes everything you need for your first 6 grow cycles. The Hydroponics Unit measures 40 x 22 x 57-1/2".
