It’s easy to place an order directly with us here at Carolina.com. If you haven’t ordered online before, create your login now by selecting the first option under “New Customers” on our Login Selection page. Once your new login is connected to your school’s account, you’ll enjoy the 10% discount and shipping savings.
Place Your Order at NC E-Procurement
Things have changed recently on the NC E-Procurement site but you can still order Carolina products! Just follow the steps below to add our items to an eRequisition.
- Log in to NC E-Procurement with your NCID User ID and Password.
- Start a new eRequisition or add our products to an existing eRequisition.
- Click the Create Non-Catalog Item button to start adding Carolina items to your eRequisition. Note that our products will not appear in the standard catalog or punchouts.
- On the Requisition Details page, in the Supplier field, search for Carolina Biological and select the CAROLINA BIOLOGICAL SUPPLY COMPANY option.
- Fill in the remaining item using details gathered from our website or catalog (including Item #/Catalog #, the name of the product, and the price of the item less 10% for your discount).
- Repeat step 5 for all items you wish to add from Carolina!
