Viable eggs can be fed to adult Tenebrio beetles (Mealworm, item #144270) or adult Tribolium beetles (Confused Flour Beetle, item #144346). The cysticercoid will develop in about 15 days. The beetles can then be fed to a rat. H. diminuta will complete its development in about 1 month.
