STC-Secondary™: Discovering Electrical Systems Interactive Whiteboard Activity

Grades 6-10. Could you draw a flashlight schematic? In this group of interactive whiteboard activities, students use what they know about circuits to sketch and label a schematic of what a flashlight might look like. Students identify basic terms that relate to electrical components, and identify systems as either open-loop or closed-loop systems. Students work in cooperative groups and discuss what area of the economy they feel is impacted by a variety of technological advances. Access for 32 students per year for 60 months.
