Grades K-5. Your students will learn to observe, record facts, and form hypotheses in this fun-filled, hands-on kit. Our "confetti" mix of 8 or more different types of Fast Plants® seed produces plants varying in height, color, and hairiness.

Students measure, graph, name, and describe their own unique plants. Sturdy growing quads allow each student (or group of students) to "own" a confetti garden of 3 to 4 plants.

Kit includes detailed growing instructions, age-appropriate activities, and student worksheets. A lighting system is not included (see the Plant Light House™). For 16 students working in pairs or 32 students working in groups of 4. Note: Kit includes one watering system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for younger students I bought this for a pair of home schooled children ages 7 and 5. I found the confetti kit to be an excellent teaching tool to demonstrate the plant life cycle, it is also easy for young children to discuss the variation it plant size and color. One thing I would advise is there are very few seeds provided. They are very small and losing more than a couple could result in empty quads.
