Not accurate This item is not accurate at all. It reads household bleach as a pH of 6 and 6M HCL as a pH of 4. I tried multiple strips from multiple bottles and they don't expire for at least another year. September 19, 2014
Thumbs up These pH sticks are economical , easy to use. Shopping on Carolina's website was informative as well as easy. June 9, 2012
Changes color over time? These strips are a good price and convenient to use. However, the instructions on the bottle say to "remove strip [from the test liquid] and immediately match to color char for accurate pH measurement." The problem is, the immediate color continues to change along a color gradient, and the immediate color is not always accurate for what the known pH is. Also, if the immediate color is accurate, then keeping the strips to make a report or display, the final color of the strips is meaniningless. This makes the test results impossible to interpret. Are the instructions wrong, or is there some secret I'm missing. March 11, 2012
the best product yet i was using the pHion Diagnostic test Strips but these are a far better product plus there`s more of them. March 8, 2012
