A decomposition reaction results in "instant fog," and a unique conductivity activity monitors an acid-base titration. Written for use with the Audible Conductivity Kit (item #840895, sold separately). Materials are sufficient for the 2 demonstrations to be performed twice.

Introduce or review chemical reactions in preparation for the AP® Chemistry Exam. Also suitable for general chemistry or freshman chemistry, this kit includes 2 demonstrations:

• A decomposition reaction produces copious amounts of water vapor, which condenses and is observed as "fog"
• An audible conductivity activity monitors both an acid-base neutralization reaction and a precipitation reaction
