Whether students are in class, socially distanced, or at home, the Carolina Kits 3D® Flex Biology program provides the supplies needed for engaged learning, enrichment, and success. Each unit in the program builds toward performance expectations included in the Next Generation Science Standards* for high school biology.
The Carolina Kits 3D® Flex Biology program contains 4 instructional units:
- Biological Evolution
- Ecosystems
- From Molecules to Organisms
- Heredity
Each instructional unit includes a Student Unit (kit) and a Teacher Unit:
- Student kits contain only the physical materials necessary for one student to conduct the investigations. Student kits can be purchased individually (item #187951, #187952, #187953, or #187954), to support one instructional segment, or collectively as a full program (Carolina Kits 3D® Flex Student Lab Program, item #187950). A separate student kit will be needed for each student in your class.
- Teacher kits contain one identical student kit for teacher use, plus a digital access code (delivered via e-mail) for the teacher's manual, student guide, and other instructional materials. Purchase of one teacher kit is necessary for each class of students. Like the student kits, the teacher kits can be purchased individually (item #187956, #187957, #187958, or #187959), or collectively as a full program (Carolina Kits 3D® Flex Teacher Lab Program, item #187955).
