Designed with 2 different scales and a locking lever on the water tube indicator to allow the operator to hold a given acceleration until it can be recorded. The right-hand scale is calibrated in units of g so you can read the acceleration directly from the unit. The left-hand side is calibrated in degrees, allowing the unit to function as an astrolabe by sighting across the top edge. Includes instructions.
