The Moticam X5 is an HDMI-resolution Wi-Fi® digital microscopy camera that can transmit live images directly to tablets, computers, or even smartphones. Perfect for bring your own device (BYOD) institutions, the Moticam X5 can be accessed from a web browser or through the freely downloadable MotiConnect app for iOS® and Android® devices. It connects over the eyepiece of any full-sized microscope using the included adjustable eyepiece adapters and to microscopes equipped with C-mount adapters.

The Moticam X5 is an HDMI-resolution Wi-Fi® digital microscopy camera capable of transmitting live images directly onto tablets, computers, or even smartphones. Perfect for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) institutions, the Moticam X5 can be accessed from a web browser or through the freely downloadable MotiConnect app for iOS® or Android® devices. Live images can be shared with up to 6 devices at the same time. The Moticam X5 also includes an RJ45 port for wired networking or connection to a wireless router system to broadcast the fast frame rate images farther and to more students. Now anyone can capture true color 4-MP still images and work on them independently on their own device. The X5 easily connects over the eyepiece of any full-sized microscope using the included adjustable eyepiece adapters or to microscopes equipped with C-mount adapters.
