FlexCam TeachCam 2.0



Flexcam® is a lightweight, high-resolution video camera and lens mounted on a flexible wand. Simple to set up and use - just aim, focus, and begin teaching. The entire group can view what's happening on your monitor.

  • Present demonstrations, experiments, and techniques
  • Set up "live remote" views of aquaria, terraria, birdhouses, feeders, etc
  • Use as a video overhead projector for graphs, pictures, diagrams, and maps

Both cameras come with 26-mm, 28-mm, and 34-mm microscope couplers, which fit the outer diameter of any standard compound microscope eyepiece and stereomicroscope eyepieces. Each includes a microscope adapter that replaces the microscope eyepiece for situations when the image when the image doesn't fill the entire video screen.

FlexCam® TeachCam 2.0 features:

  • Extra long, flexible 27" wand is ideal for taller microscopes. Resolution - 480 TV lines. Flickerless mode operation
  • Includes 2 specimen containers, 5 deep-well projection slides, 6-ft standard cable, 20-ft extension cable, built-in microphone, 3 microscope adapters, power supply, and instructions
  • Illumabase - a unique, lighted specimen chamber, that allows various lighting options; provision for viewing prepared microscope slides and 35 mm transparencies; and a means for keeping small specimens out of harms way yet within full view of the camera
