Do you love Snap Circuits® but hate buying batteries? Then replace those batteries with this 120-V AC adapter. Use it instead of 1 or 2 B1 battery holders (3 V each) or 1 B3 battery holder (4.5 V). Replacing 1 B5 battery holder (9-V battery, 5-V output) requires additional snap wires or jumper wires. Compatible with all versions of Snap Circuits®.

Thermal protection within the power supply may cause projects that run the motor and fan to shut down after 1 to 3 minutes of continuous use. Note: Do not use adapter with Snap Rover® products. Adapter does not work with 240-V outlets.

Note About 4.5-V Battery Replacement: Although the power supply has a higher voltage (6 V) than the battery holder (4.5 V), circuit performance is not affected.
