Grade 3 and up. Squishy Circuits® teach students the basics of electrical circuits in a fun, hands-on way. The Standard Kit includes 25 LEDs, battery holder, buzzer, motor, switch, and product booklet. Just add batteries and dough.
Grade 3 and up. Squishy Circuits® teach students the basics of electrical circuits in a fun, hands-on way. The Standard Kit includes 25 LEDs, battery holder, buzzer, motor, switch, and product booklet. The dough is safe and nontoxic. All kit materials are reusable. Purchase the conductive and insulating doughs separately or make your own dough with the included recipes and common kitchen ingredients. Four AA batteries are also needed but not included.
Note: The dough contains gluten. The conductive dough will dry out if left out of the container, but the insulating dough will not dry out. Never connect a Squishy Circuits® LED directly to the battery holder. The LED's longer leg should be connected to the red battery holder side. Squishy Circuits® LEDs are consumables when used in Squishy Circuits®. The terminals will break and erode during use. Each LED can be expected to run continuously for a few hours before it needs to be replaced.
