Contact us or return the voucher at least 2 weeks prior to the requested delivery date to ensure prompt arrival of material. Shipping cost is included in the price of the voucher. Note: Crayfish should not be shipped over a weekend. Carolina recommends that you request your order to arrive on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (or even a Saturday) to avoid weekend shipping.

- USDA or USDOT regulations restrict this item from shipping to these locations: Alaska, Idaho, Alabama, California, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin. Residents of restricted states will receive compatible plants. Residents of MN, OR, UT, and WA need a permit to receive crayfish. Additional crayfish restrictions may apply to residents in CA, MI, MN, NV, and WI, which could delay shipment. Residents of MI, MN, and WI will receive gray crayfish instead of red crayfish. HI residents must contact the HI Department of Agriculture before ordering. Canadian customers must apply for a Canada Department of Agriculture permit.
