The Apprentice Doctor® control bleeding course is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards® (NGSS): K–12 science content standards. Students can also get an optional certificate worth 30 credit hours. The certificate can be added to applications to medical schools/training institutes to get 30 alternative shadowing hours.
The Control Bleeding Simulation Practice Kit has everything you need to complete the online course practical projects, including a control bleeding simulation arm with veins that actually bleed and arteries that squirt blood. Kit can be used individually or 1 per lab group (2 to 4 students).
