Life size. Use this innovative model to study the arrangement of teeth within the human jaw and common teeth pathologies. The clear mandible and maxilla are attached by a basic hinge that allows easy examination of the teeth within them. One side of the model shows healthy dentition and occlusion, and the other depicts common pathologies. Erosion, an impacted canine, super eruption, abfraction, periodontitis, abscesses, and cavities are shown on the affected side of the maxilla. Teeth in the mandible depict horizontal impaction, radicular pulpitis, internal and external resorption, attrition, and a fractured root. An implant, root canal, and crown are also shown.
