The stand has up to a 10" range of vertical working distance from an object. The main body assembly, with built-in fine adjustment, slides up or down into position on the vertical post and can be rotated 360°. The Dino-Lite® handheld microscopes (items #597000 and #597002; not included) slide directly into a holster, which is mounted onto a peg located on the main body. The ball-and-socket peg allows for adjustable lateral viewing angles up to 45°.
