Disposable slide contains film coated with oxidase reagent (tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine dihydrochloride). Test results in 20 seconds. Offers high degree of safety, no paper strips or glass to manipulate. Each slide contains 4 reaction areas so multiple tests can be performed. To use, simply rub organism onto one of the reaction areas. Tests use methodologies that give results comparable to ones attained in clinical testing. Slides are individually wrapped and in convenient dispenser packs.
