Primarily used for experiments in chemistry and biology, the NeuLog® Colorimeter Sensor is an inexpensive colorimeter for measuring Beer's Law or investigating changes in concentration over time for reaction rate studies. The colorimeter sensor measures light transmitted by 3 different color LEDs (red, green, and blue) through a solution, turning on the LEDs and measuring the received light that passes through the solution. The sensor has 2 modes of operation, absorption and transparency, and has an opening for a generic, square plastic cuvette.
Note: Requires connection hardware, which is sold separately. For hardwired setup, use the NeuLog® PC Starter Connection Bundle (item #369500) or NeuLog® USB Bridge Module (item #369733). For wireless setup, use the NeuLog® Wi-Fi™ Starter Connection Bundle (item #369510). For stand-alone setup, use the NeuLog® Graphic Display Bundle (item #369520).
